Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Just as you’d expect from a company that crafts professional-grade Eclipse Blades and Atom Wheels, we’ve streamlined the process to get you back to skating quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Close-Out Roller Skates / Refurbished (final sale, as marked)
  • Close-Out wheels / Refurbished / Used (final sale, as marked)
  • Bearings (once installed)
  • Gloves and Mittens (hygiene reasons)
  • Headbands (hygiene reasons)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps with the same care you’d use when selecting Advanced Blades:

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items
    Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For Atom Quad Roller Skate Plates or Frame Sets, ensure all components are securely wrapped.
  4. Ship Your Return

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically processed within 3-5 business days):

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Exchange Items: Your replacement American Athletic Roller Skates or other products will ship within 2 business days of return approval.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and restricted regions):

  • Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
