Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your American Athletic Roller Skates or other gear ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your skates to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain restricted regions). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Return Promise

Just like our Atom Wheels are built for performance, our returns process is built for your convenience. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Close-Out Roller Skates / Refurbished (final sale, as marked)
  • Close-Out wheels / Refurbished / Used (final sale, as marked)
  • Bearings (once installed)
  • Gloves and Mittens
  • Headbands

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps with the same care you’d use when selecting your Advanced Blades:

1. Initiate Your Request

Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return

2. Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

3. Package Your Items

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For specialized items like Atom Quad Roller Skate Plates or Frame Sets, ensure all components are securely wrapped.

4. Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically processed within 3-5 business days):

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Exchange Items: Your replacement Edea Roller Skates or other products will ship within 2 business days of return approval.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
  • Allow additional processing time for international shipments
